Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery EstimatesWe offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 10–25 business days
Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $50.
Carriers Orders may be shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the item ordered. Some orders may ship from multiple warehouses, which could result in separate deliveries.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
